Working with Nispero Kitchens

At Nispero, we believe that creating bespoke kitchens and furniture should be as enjoyable and inspiring as the final results, and it shouldn’t cost you an arm and leg!

That is why at Nispero Kitchens we’ve stripped everything back – you don’t pay for salesmen or expensive designers, you just pay for what you want: a high quality, bespoke kitchen, tailored to your needs and lifestyle.

Our process is designed to be collaborative and transparent, and you will have access to your designer all the way throughout the project. Here’s what you can expect when you choose Nispero:

Step 1: Initial Consultation

In order to prepare a quotation we simply ask you to either list of the units you require or a share a plan if you already have one. Even a quick hand drawn sketch of your ideas, and approximate dimensions will do as a starting point!

You can share:

your mood boards, photo examples (highlight, what important and what to avoid)
project timescale and your budget (as a guideline)
any floorplans or architectural drawings

We then proceed to understand and learn more about your requirements, needs, and preferences, how you use your space.

Whether you’re after a timeless kitchen or custom-made furniture, we’ll guide you through our materials and finishes, accessories and customisation options.

Step 2: Design & Quotation

Our experienced designers translate your ideas into a design concept, complete with 3D visualisation, layout plan and quotation. Every detail, from cabinet finishes to handle options, is carefully considered to reflect your personal style and practical requirements.

You will receive your quotation by return email and we’re happy to talk things through and prepare additional revisions and visualisations at a small design fee of £200+vat (fully refundable should you proceed with the contract with us).

We make sure you’re completely happy before moving forward – no surprises, no hidden costs.

Some of the options to be aware of:

Our kitchens are supplied as fully built units ready for your fitter to install.
You can also choose your worktop from one of our approved suppliers, and we will manage this installation as a part of our process.
We can offer delivery or dry fit installation in your quote, so please speak to our team about this before finalising the contract.

Step 3: Survey & Final Checks

Once you’re happy with the design we then prepare a contract for you to sign and schedule a site visit for our surveyor to measure up and check for any structural or utility details that need to be accommodated in the design.

If the kitchen is to be installed by your own team, we will ask you and/or your build team to confirm all the measurements shown on the drawings before the kitchen is ordered from us, therefore we ask you to double check all details once you receive order acknowledgement from us. For supply only, it is down to your contractor to check all dimensions and access.

Once all confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the total project value is paid.
This allows us to move to the ordering and manufacturing stage.

Step 4: Making your Bespoke Kitchen and/or Interiors

Your kitchen or furniture is then handcrafted by our skilled makers using sustainably sourced materials. Every piece is made with exceptional care, combining traditional joinery techniques with modern precision.

At this point our customer care team will plan and book the delivery and/or installation dates with you.

We will supply a final drawing pack to include all design details.

Step 5: Delivery & Installation

The final balance payment is due 2 working days before the agreed delivery/installation date. If you are using our dedicated dry-fit installation service, we will co-ordinate every aspect of fitting with any relevant parties, to ensure a smooth and respectful installation in your home, with minimal disruption. Our team will install the products and liaise with other trades where necessary to ensure the project runs smoothly.
Once completed we will also ‘snag’ the project and make sure you are happy with your new kitchen.
And once the work has been signed off by our installation manager as complete, the kitchen will be handed over to you.

Supply Only – Product & Design Support

If you opt for supply-only, we are still on hand to discuss your design with you or your contractor. Our kitchens are supplied as fully built units ready for your fitter to install.

We will manage any product queries and make sure products are delivered on time.

Step 6: Your Dream Kitchen

Our relationship doesn’t end once installation is complete. We will provide a care pack, which includes information on how to clean and maintain your beautiful new products. And should you require our aftercare – our customer support team is at your disposal in case of any malfunction or whenever you require our assistance.

Our attention to detail guarantees a flawless finish on all of our kitchens and bespoke interiors, and a 10-year quality guarantee offers extra peace of mind that your investment is built to last!

By the end of this stage, your Nispero kitchen and/or your bespoke interiors will not only be fully functional but will also deliver beautiful rooms that will make the most out of your space and give you that custom and luxury finish to fully relax and unwind.
